The Warranty

Thorough design and manufacturing give us the confidence to back the DHC 2000 with a Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser. In the extremely unlikely event that your unit malfunctions, under normal usage from defective materials or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

We have marketed the torch in Australia & New Zealand for over 18 Years and sold many thousands &  only very few have been returned as faulty during this time.

This is due to the DHC 2000's solid industrial construction of Brass & Cast Aluminum, its lack of ‘0' rings and very few moving parts (just on/off gas controls and cutting button) See Picture below.
