The Warranty
Thorough design and manufacturing give us the confidence to back the DHC 2000 with a Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser. In the extremely unlikely event that your unit malfunctions, under normal usage from defective materials or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
We have marketed the torch in Australia & New Zealand for over 12 Years and sold many thousands with just about nil (About 4 Torches) being returned in all that time.
This is due to the DHC 2000's solid industrial construction of Brass & Cast Aluminium, its lack of weld tip ‘0' rings and very few moving parts (just on/off gas controls and cutting button) See Picture below.
