Where it all began
- more plastic than metal -

all fibreglass and laminex
- no wonder I saw the need for
a good welding gun.

Right hand guard was a replacement and incorrect so a horizontal pie cut had to be taken out 1 1/2 on outside to nothing at the grill. This then made air vent crooked.

How it looks after welding - refer to pictire 5 for the finished job a vent had to be craeted in the left hand guard.

I did this on the bench and then welded it in.
